History & Post-Grad Plans: I grew up in Tallahassee, Florida. My family is Canadian, and I traveled internationally often throughout my childhood due to my father's research. At UF, I was involved in medical anthropology research about peripheral arterial disease in Madison County, Florida and about Meanings of Pain in Tanzanian hospitals. After graduation, I plan on moving to Montreal, Canada, and working for a year or two before applying to graduate school. I am interested in studying automobility and car culture in America through an anthropological lens.
